Housekeeping:

  • Please call the school office to advise if your child is absent on 836-1213.
  • School opens for the day at 8.30am. Please arrive between 8.30 and 8.45 to
  • allow time to prepare for the day ahead.
  • Sunhats -during Term 4, all children must wear a sunhat during the breaks. Please label your child's sunhat and if possible, leave it at school for regular use. Any child without a sunhat will be asked to remain under the verandahs during the breaks for their sun protection.
  • Lunches - please continue to support your child's learning by providing a healthy lunch and plenty of water to drink ('brain food' and 'brain juice'). The teachers have noticed that children are able to sustain longer periods of learning if they are fuelled with healthy food and water.

Term 4 is a busy time for the staff as we take final assessments, complete testing for each child, finish off portfolios and write reports.  If you have any concerns regarding you child's progress, please speak to their class teacher.

Kind regards
Adele Nummy
