Te Pai Netball Centre Opening, Term 1

Te Pai Netball Centre had its official opening on Saturday 27th March. Paula Bennett was there along with Mayors Harvey, Banks and Brown.
The $6.6 million dollar project includes 3 indoor courts with lighting. These courts will not be available for a little while yet as the top rebound seal still has to be applied, and then the courts will need marking.
2 courts have been re-instated where the old pavilion was, making up for the courts lost for the new pavilion.
The new pavilion will be available for use by the general community for a variety of purposes including functions.
