The school council went to the Telstra Clear Stadium in Manukau with Mrs Hewetson, Mrs Hutton and Mrs Yuckich.

We meet many inspiring people who spoke to us about their lives and how they have become good leaders.

Some of the guest speakers were Matt and Danya (Studio 2), Rob Fyfe (Air NZ) and Stacey Daniels (Flava FM, TV Presenter)

One big lesson we learnt was that is you do something at the right time but for the wrong reason you won't succeed.  So... if you do it at the right time for the right reason you will succeed and will be a good helper or leader! 

Also one other thing they all said was to choose your friends carefully.
