Jump Rope for Heart

This year we had a fabulous time skipping!  We learnt lots about keeping fit to have a healthy heart! 

Some of us even got to skip infront of an audience and Shortland Street stars at Grey Lynn Park.  Check out the photos of some of us working our magic with a rope!
